1. Agreement to Terms

By using Sky Pro Claims ("we", "us", "our") services at skyproclaims.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Sky Pro Claims provides flight compensation claim management services. We act as your representative to pursue compensation from airlines, ADR bodies, and regulatory authorities on a no-win, no-fee basis.

3. No Win, No Fee

We operate on a no-win, no-fee basis. You only pay our commission if we successfully recover compensation for you. Our commission rate is clearly stated before you submit your claim. If we do not recover compensation, you owe us nothing.

4. Power of Attorney

By signing our Power of Attorney (POA), you authorize Sky Pro Claims to act as your legal representative in pursuing your claim. This includes communicating with airlines, submitting complaints to regulators, and initiating legal proceedings where necessary.

5. Your Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information about your flight and disruption
• Not pursue the same claim through another claims management company simultaneously
• Cooperate with us and provide documents when requested
• Notify us if you receive any direct offer from the airline
• Not accept airline compensation directly without notifying us first

6. Eligibility

We will assess your claim's eligibility based on applicable regulations. We make no guarantee of success. Eligibility depends on factors including flight route, delay duration, airline, and the reason for disruption.

7. Commission and Payments

Upon successful recovery, our commission (as agreed at sign-up) will be deducted from the compensation amount before payment to you. All commission rates are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your claim at any time before we have commenced substantive work at no cost. If you cancel after we have invested significant work, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for work completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sky Pro Claims shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of commission received from your claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts or ADR bodies.
