KLM was the 7th most delayed airline globally in 2025 with a 25% delay rate. Under EC261/2004, delayed or cancelled KLM passengers may claim up to €600.
EC261 applies to all KLM flights departing EU airports and all KLM flights departing non-EU airports arriving in the EU.
